How to track?


●We can arrange the delivery within 1-3 days after receipt of the payment.
●If you live in Europe or America(Asain will be faster).
It will be 7~25days if shipping via e-Packet/China post air mail/EMS
It will be 2~5 days if shipping via FedEx/DHL/TNT

●It is normal that shipping information is not updated within 1-2 weeks after the package leaves the sender's country, because shipping status won't update while in transit.

●If your package is detained by customs, we are not responsible for 
custom tax. There is some probability to be charged of tax. But if you decide to abandon the package, although you paid the insurance fee, we still won't resend another package to you, because the package has not lost. 

●Insurence fee : If you paid the insurence for order,we can resend the package for free once when the package lost. But if you have not paid the insurance, we won't resend again unless it's our fault that causes the package lost.
●Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

●We can arrange the delivery within 1-3 days after receipt of the payment. Most of the goods are in stock. We have a lot of orders daily. It is possible that some items are out of stock. If that is the case we will contact you as soon as possible and try to found a solution.

●If your order not arrived within the guidelines, please contact us and we will do our best to track your order for you.

 
●Your package’s arrival depends on different factors. Occasional delay in processing time or cancellation of order may occur when an item was purchased is on backorder or out of stock. Please note that we are not responsible for delay caused by:
A.Customs.
Your package is subject to go through Customs. And it may be delayed by Customs processing.
B.Weather.
Bad weather can also be a factor to cause delay.
C.Holidays.
Even though we try our best to dispatch the items to you asap, courier companies doesn’t work on weekends or other holidays. So it may cause the delay, too.
D.Insufficient shipping information.
Without a complete address, we cannot arrange to dispatch the item to you correctly. Moreover, please also attach your tel#. It is helpful for courier company to contact you when the item reaches your location.
E.Other unexpected factors
such as shipping lost and a traffic accident that we never expect.
